Shannon is President and Owner of Shannon James LLC, an Online Product Development firm located in Savannah, GA focused on Web Application Strategy, New Product Development, and IT Project and Product Management.

For over 11 years, Shannon has developed and managed innovative web solutions utilizing the latest technology to assist customers in achieving their web-related goals. She has worked with companies of all sizes including WebMD Corporation, where as a Senior Producer for 6 years she managed health-focused web initiatives for clients including Glaxo Smith-Kline and Mead Johnson, as well as company-owned online products such as the WebMD Weight Loss Clinic and WebMD Canada.
